By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jiliweb platform available at jiliweb.net, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the jiliweb platform from time to time, including the jiliweb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered through jiliweb, including but not limited to online casino games, slot machines, fishing games, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, and any promotional or bonus programmes made available to registered players.

jiliweb reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access real-money games and services on jiliweb, you must complete the registration process and create a single jiliweb account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one active jiliweb account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. jiliweb may merge or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion and forfeit any bonuses or promotional winnings associated with duplicate registrations.

• Account Verification (KYC): jiliweb may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that remain unverified may have withdrawal requests suspended until verification is complete.

jiliweb reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on jiliweb are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jiliweb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the applicable method's availability. Processing times vary by method and are typically completed within 1 to 24 hours after internal approval. jiliweb does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.
• Verification Requirement: jiliweb reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting additional identity documents or source-of-funds information. Failure to comply with such requests within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on jiliweb are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jiliweb is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting any payment made through third-party providers.
• Transaction Fees: jiliweb does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor may apply its own fees, for which jiliweb bears no responsibility.

jiliweb reserves the right to reverse any transaction that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, erroneous, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, and to recover any funds paid out as a result of such transactions.

jiliweb offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to registered players. The following general terms apply to all jiliweb bonuses and promotions. Individual promotions may carry additional specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses credited to your jiliweb account are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that remain unclaimed or wagering requirements that remain unfulfilled within the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects a game session, jiliweb reserves the right to void the affected bets. jiliweb is not liable for any losses or interruptions arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
• Erroneous Payouts: If a game error results in an incorrect payout being credited to your account, jiliweb reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly paid amount. Knowingly withdrawing funds received as a result of a clear error constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

jiliweb is committed to fair play and the integrity of all games offered on its platform. Any attempt to cheat, collude, use automated software (bots), or otherwise gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliweb platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to register on your behalf.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are accessing jiliweb from a prohibited jurisdiction.

All content on jiliweb.net, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, page layouts, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of jiliweb or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jiliweb for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jiliweb content without the express prior written consent of jiliweb.

All third-party game titles, logos, and trademarks displayed on jiliweb remain the property of their respective owners and are used by jiliweb under licence. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as granting you any rights in respect of such third-party intellectual property.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that will notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used to place wagers or claim bonuses.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their jiliweb account may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum period selected. jiliweb will take reasonable technical steps to prevent a self-excluded player from re-registering during their exclusion period.

jiliweb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a valid request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that a player is under 21 years of age.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings under investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

A player whose account has been closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions may not re-register on jiliweb without the express written consent of the Company. Any new account opened in violation of this restriction is subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
